DAN REISINGER
Let My People Go (1969)
Let My People Go - VINTAGE POSTER made by Dan Reisinger in 1969
One of the earliest examples of Reisinger’s political works, this illustration is based on the communist symbol of the hammer and sickle, adapted in order to protest against the Soviet Union’s policies against Jewish immigration from the USSR. The Soviet Jewry Movement (1967-1989) fought for permission for Jews to leave the Soviet Union. The movement was a defining organization for many Jews and this poster its iconic symbol.
All our prints are available on a range of matt and lustre finishes, each carefully profiled for fantastically accurate and consistent reproductions using giclée printing techniques.
